Aero Prep has an extensive knowledge and background in the field of mechanical test sample preparation.  Our method of machining test samples provides for consistent low residual stress levels.  In addition to controlling surface feet per minute (S.F.P.M.) for both the grinding wheel and test sample, the amount of metal removal allowed per pass is also controlled during our final machining process.  Requirements within our strictly controlled written manufacturing procedures assures that only the highest quality test samples are produced for our customers.
